This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the varying types of wood waste disposers, including their producers and prices. Furthermore, this thesis provides an evaluation of processed materials in regards to the available information. A self-designed constructive model of a garden disposer is then provided, featuring its primary design calculations. Additionally, a 3D model of the self-designed garden disposer and its mechanical drawings are attached to this drawing documentation.

This work deals with defining garden wastes and their processing for energy products by pelleting and briquetting. This work compared a briquetting production line and a pelleting production line. Based on technical and economic data, the production costs for 1 t of briquetts/pellets were assessed and as a partial task, the economic profitability was assessed. As emerged from the results, when having similar purchase and production costs, pelleting is more efficient in a ratio of 2 : 1.

Main topic of this thesis is processing of already used wood, that can still be used. The aim is to show how this waste is further processed, treated and used for further production. Thesis is primarily focused on technological processing of this material and the subsequent creation of the final product. Thesis also include design of furniture inserted into the attic interior.

This work compares the possibilities of use of wastes and proposes a method of its use, suitable for the conditions of the sawmill in Prusinovice. It based on from the total volume and ranges of processed material with representation individual ranges produced lumber, technological flow of production and achieved yield. It focuses on all types of wastes generated during the production, their place of origin, volumes, character, features and usability. At the same time focuses on the species of timber drying kilns, a range of sizes and types of dried lumber and its input and needed output moisture. It sets the average consumption of heat per unit volume of dry timber for its main product and for the type of drying kilns, the heat consumption for heating buildings of plant and the amount of heat that can be obtained by incineration of wastes. It sets options cover the energy needs of the plant and the possibilities of sale or buying individual types of waste, including the treatment. The work proposes alternatives of use of sawmill wastes for heating and drying timber in the sawmill in Prusinovice, evaluates and recommends optimal variant.
